The Fairfield Marriott is right in the middle of all the shopping and dining options in the area while still feeling safe and accessible. The interior is very attractive and clean. The room is modern with a lovely spacious bathroom, plentiful room storage, and even a smart tv you can cast to. The front desk is very friendly and accommodating offering 24 hour service. For the price, this place is an absolute 10/10.
The rooms are awesome. Very clean, and the staff is so nice and cheerful. Allot of restraint options within walking distance, fast food and fancy dining
Solid location but the hotel is starting to show its wear and tear. Good for a Fairfield, but don’t expect the Ritz. Breakfast is one of the better ones I’ve had at any property though! Park in the bottom floor of the parking garage. Easy access to the elevators and nobody ever parks down there.
This hotel was in a great location. It was extremely clean and a great atmosphere. I appreciate the professionalism that we got from Dale, the front desk attendant, upon arriving late in the evening. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable after a long day of working and traveling. I’m looking forward to staying there again in the near future. Thanks for creating a great experience for us during our travels.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Daniel and Dale were so kind and helpful in securing rooms my family to celebrate our granddaughters 5th birthday ! They are the epitome of kindness, patience and compassion! We Appreciate all they did for us. We literally got the last 2 rooms available. We are Marriott Bonvoy members and we really appreciate their help! They deserve some special recognition for their kindness. They really make Marriott look good!
We stayed at the hotel for two nights from 10/11 to 10/13, as our base to explore Nashville downtown and surrounding area. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly, and complimentary breakfast offers a nice variety. The oatmeal station is impressive, fully stocked and neatly arranged with toppings like 3 dried fruits, 4 different nuts, and more. Breakfast area are is well designed and elegant , far from the plain and boring setups you might find elsewhere. The hotel has EV charging, and it’s free. The outdoor patio on 2nd floor is a lovely spot to rest. Especially, I accidentally left my electric water floss behind in the bathroom. Only a few hours after checkout , the manager, Venus, called us and made an arrangement to ship it to me. Venus was very friendly, considerate and helpful! Great stay, - we will choose Fairfield again!
Great, modern hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Morning breakfast is excellent. Coffee available all day. Workout room has a variety of useful equipment. Pool is small, but better than nothing. Highly recommended.
Nice location in town, close to the mall and restaurants. Comfortable rooms and overall environment. The parking is a little awkward and tight, both in the front and in the garage. The breakfast was not impressive but it was appreciated. They should get better pillows, but I would stay here again.
